AIESEC in University of Colombo: Nurturing Leaders Locally
AIESEC in the University of Colombo is a vital component of AIESEC Sri Lanka, focusing on realizing the global AIESEC goals and providing leadership opportunities to the undergraduates of the University of Colombo. With nine faculties, over 200 active members, 12 ongoing projects, and a legacy of more than 1200 life-changing experiences, AIESEC at the University Of Colombo serves as a platform for local youth to develop leadership skills and make a positive impact on the Sri Lankan community and beyond.

In 2018, inspired by the transformative experiences of seasoned AIESEC members at the University Of Colombo, INSIGHT was born—a visionary event aimed at empowering young minds to face the challenges of the corporate world. The Keynote Speaker of INSIGHT 2023 is Mr. Dilupa Pathira, CEO of Barista. A Panel Discussion will be conducted with the participation of Mr. Sanjaya Elvitigala, Mr. Clive James, Mr. Shanil Jayasekara and other selected qualified speakers. Further an Influencer Session will be conducted by Ms. Navindee Amarasinghe and Mr. Jorgine Wijewardana. Sessions on personal branding, entrepreneurship programs, and many more will be held at INSIGHT 2023.
