AIESEC in University of Colombo is happy to present “Leader in You,” a vibrant one-day seminar geared to develop leadership abilities among Sri Lanka’s youth. This highly anticipated event, scheduled for July 27th, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m promises to inspire and empower over 250 attendees through a combination of interactive seminars and practical training activities. This lecture is aimed at Advanced Level (A/L) students, who will substantially benefit from the exposure to new challenges and learning experiences.
AIESEC is a global youth-led organization dedicated to giving young people chances to enhance their leadership skills. AIESEC’s varied programs and activities provide future leaders with the tools they need to navigate and prosper in a rapidly changing environment. The “Leader in You” seminar aims to help young people develop their leadership potential, equipping them to take on future jobs with confidence and competence.
Key speakers at the event will include Mr. Sandro Sathyajith, an established leader in leadership development, Ms. Rafaella Fernando, known for her experience in personal branding and vision, and Dr. Hasintha Hewawasam, a distinguished academic focused on leadership communication. The program will address a variety of topics, including leadership communication and personal branding.
Participants will participate in outbound training exercises aimed at improving cooperation and leadership skills, as well as interactive workshops encouraging them to apply their newly acquired knowledge in real-world circumstances.
