The University Grants Commission (UGC) has stated that university registration for the academic year 2020/2021 is available on https://www.ugc.ac.lk/ from today till the 10th of December 2021.

194,297 candidates (64.39%) have qualified for state universities. A total of 301,771 candidates – including 277,625 for the new syllabus and 24,146 for the old syllabus – faced the exam last year.
