The Leadership Development Seminar (LDS) 2025, the premier event of AIESEC, the biggest youth-led organisation in the world, is scheduled for September 28. By fostering the development of essential soft skills and motivating individuals to concentrate on finding answers, LDS, a conference hosted by AIESEC at the University of Kelaniya, seeks to empower the future generation of leaders. The foundation of AIESEC is the knowledge that experience and introspection are the best ways for young people to learn. Our goal is to use our special Leadership Development Model to help every young person in the world reach their full potential and bring about peace. With the help of this model, young people want to develop self-awareness, a global perspective, and the willingness to change the world for the better.
With more than 1,600 student members from 19 universities, AIESEC has been a champion for youth development in Sri Lanka since joining in 1995. Additionally, AIESEC gives young Sri Lankans a proactive opportunity to acquire significant local and foreign experiences that help them get ready for the future.
