On 23rd July, 2025, the AIESEC in University of Kelaniya will open its doors at University’s Main Auditorium for Challenge Every Opportunity (CEO -2025) – a flagship leadership forum designed to fuel youth innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. Over 300 emerging leaders from across Sri Lanka are expected to gather for a day that promises insight, actions, and meaningful collaborations.
Now in its 3rd edition, CEO 2025 is hosted under the banner of AIESEC in Sri Lanka: part of the world’s largest youth-run organization- AIESEC International, operating in 108+ countries since its founding in 1948. AIESEC has inspired thousands of youth to drive changes through leadership,impactful experiences, intenships and playforms for self- discovery. In Sri Lanka, its presence spans 19 universities and over 1,600 young members in shaping the nation’s future.
This year’s forum offers a fully immersive and on-ground workshop experience creating a space where attendees ranging from university undergraduates to school-level leaders, will engage in hands-on sessions exploring leadership development, entrepreneurship, global challenges, and local impact. The event is expelled to feature visionary keynote speakers and group dialogues that will spark thoughts, actions, and connections.
CEO 3.0 arrives at a crucial moment when young voices and fresh thinking are vital for social progress. It stands as a platform where our future leaders not only learn but also lead, challenge the norms, and co-create a better tomorrow.
