The heart of Leader in You is a series of vibrant sessions led by inspiring leaders, industry experts, and change-makers such as Mr. Fahad Farook ,Miss. Michelle Dilhara and Mr. Sandro Sathyajith, who’ve walked their own unique leadership paths. They’ll explore topics that matter—like finding your purpose, mastering emotional intelligence, communicating with impact, and leading through uncertainty.

Last year, Leader in You inspired over 250 young people who left with fresh clarity, motivation, and the tools to create positive change on their campuses and communities. That success fueled our passion to grow the event even more in 2025. This year, we’re expecting over 450 delegates, ready to rise with purpose and lead with heart.
